Our Return Policy:
1. All Sales are Final unless the product is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with the same item. If we are unable to accommodate this, a full refund will be issued. other than that, we generally do not accept Returns or Exchanges .There is a 90 day manufacturer's defect warranty. This does not include physical damage and/or damage created by negligence. Shipping damages will need to be filed with the shipping courier.
2. Please note that all backdrops, table covers, enclosures and other fabric products are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of these products, custom-printed backdrops (and other customized fabric items) are not eligible for a refund. However, if BoothActive agrees to refund a custom order for reasons other than damage, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
3. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
4. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow up to one week for the refund to be processed. Please note that BoothActive will inspect and clear the merchandise of any damage before issuing the refund.
IMPORTANT: It is crucial that you thoroughly check your order within 30 days of receiving it. If you notice any errors in printing or construction, please inform BoothActive within this time frame so that we can address the issue and provide a return authorization and/or refund. Please be aware that requests received after 30 days may not be eligible for return or refund.
